POLICIES

Cancellations:

The  $50.00 deposit is non-refundable.  This deposit may only be refunded due to weather (rain/high winds/hail). If you decide to cancel your  order once the driver has arrived at your door or is already on the way, payment is due in full.

Delivery/Setup:

We deliver, set-up, and pick-up all rentals. All you have to do is pick up the phone & call. We will deliver and set up your  inflatable typically in the morning. We insure that it is clean  and in good working condition before your party starts. However,  when setting up, if the driver feels it is not a good or safe place to set up the unit, due to obstacles that may damage the unit, he will not set up and an alternative site will need to be found. Later that evening we will return to take down the unit  after the party is over. Usually around dusk, because if it is too  dark, it becomes a safety matter.

Rain:

If it is pouring rain on the day of the event, we will not deliver your inflatable. If it is a cloudy day and there is a slight  chance of rain, we will plan on delivering your jump. (Unless we hear from you). After delivery is made and it starts raining, there will NOT be any refunds. The two reasons we do not deliver on rainy days is because first, it is not safe for the children. Secondly, when the inflatable unit gets wet, it is very hard to clean and dry. It causes damage to the jump, as well as a costly endeavor. We  apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but the weather is out of our control.

Charges/Payment:

We do require a $50.00 deposit. This deposit does go towards the balance of the inflatable. The deposit can be made with any major  credit card or a personal check. The balance is due when the  driver delivers the fun to your party. The balance can be paid with cash, check, credit card or money order. .

Insurance:

A MOON JUMP 4U, Inc. carries liability insurance on all of our rentals. If your event needs "PROOF OF INSURANCE", we will be  happy to supply you with the documentation. There is a small fee to be named as additionally insured. Just let us know when booking  your order, and we'll include the document with your contract  agreement.

Damage:

We do not offer damage insurance. We have not had a problem in this area before. Normally nothing will happen to the inflatable if the unit is properly set up by the driver. If you damage the  inflatable, whether intentionally or by accident, we will advice you of how much repair cost are and you will need to pay for it. A small fee will be added for any missing parts to the games or  equipment.

Behavior:

Under no circumstances should anybody using the inflatable bounces to do flips or climb on the sides of the walls. The jumps are NOT  trampolines and do not have the rebound of a trampoline. Remember, the #1 objective is to have fun and safety is a MUST. Also, absolutely NO SILLY STRING! This will actually eat into the vinyl of the inflatable. You are responsible for the safety of the  children and for the care of the equipment.
